02What data we process and why

03Who else sees your data
We do not sell or pass on your data. Only the providers we need to deliver the service have access, under a data processing agreement:
- Web hosting and website security (Arsys, Cloudflare).
- Payment gateway (WooPayments, by Automattic, which uses Stripe): processes cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- The courier company that delivers the order.
- Our accountants and their invoicing software.
- Google (Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
04Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@dryicepack.es with a means of identifying yourself.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
05Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection, restricted access and backups. We do not store card details.
