Laboratory questions
What time does it arrive?
The next morning, if you order before 12:00 (Spanish time). We deliver Tuesday to Friday, and on Saturday depending on the area, with a surcharge. The exact time depends on the courier’s route.
Can I keep it in the ultra-low freezer?
No. In a closed freezer the gas builds up pressure and can damage the equipment. Keep it in its EPS box, somewhere ventilated.
How much dry ice do I put in each box?
It depends on the journey time, the size of the box and the outside temperature. Tell us the route and the type of box and we’ll advise you.
Need it tomorrow?Order before 12:00.
Order now and you’ll have it on the morning of Tuesday 20 October
